There has been a change in the way AnswerFirst processes payments.
To make payments, review invoices or change payment methods you may now:
Click on the included link on your emailed invoice (this will be available starting on your May 1st invoice) and be taken directly into the payment portal, with no login required. To learn more about what you can do in the payment portal please click here.
You can visit Client Web Access (CWA) at myanswerfirst.com and log in with your user name and password. Once logged in you may click on the “Make a Payment” tab to be taken to the payment portal.
You may always call into AnswerFirst Support at 800-435-9332 and request help to make a payment or you can visit support.answerfirst.com and create a ticket request.
